An upper level trough of low pressure will being rain today that will move out of the western U.P. as the day goes on. Today will be much cooler than yesterday with highs in the 60s and cloudy skies. By this evening, mid level temperatures will be cool enough to support lake effect rain that will begin to dwindle tonight as dry air moves into the area.
